If you are able to pick up directly I can provide framed photos. However, due to the risk of damage/breakage in transit, I'm afraid I only send mounted photos through the post.

No. The dimensions are those for the image only. The final product has the mount included, which will differ depending upon the required image size. In general, this will be an extra 2 - 4 inches in both directions.
